Front right foot needed to be leveled out on the unit. Was almost a half inch off. Checked the level of the unit after adjusting it and all is good. Side to side and front to back.

"The gear case is not shifting like it should be. Needs new gear case, slider, and clutch. Already replaced the slider and clutch last February. Have to order the gear case. Customer not home. Office will have to call customer and get approval then reschedule. 8 months since clutch and slider replaced they should be under warranty.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gear case) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch)"

Unit has tons of suds in it. Also found the vent wax motor has an electrical issue. Drain pump is over loading as well. Seen this a couple of times with the new unit. Need vent and drain pump.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11412291 (Drain pump)

Used a heat gun on the shrink tubes on the new element holders. The hinges were slid out a bit on the oven door. Took the screws on the hinges and loosed them to slide the hinges closer to the door closing. It looks a lot better. Explained a lot to her about the heat shrike tubing and how the hinges worked. She seemed pleased with the results and wanted to thank everyone involved.

Gear case is leaking water through the seal. Actuator is rusted and should be replaced as well. Customer is going to buy new.
