Pull wall oven and replace both fuses and reassembled door and run a bake cycle and verify oven is now functioning.

Check fridge over for cooling issue and found that control was locked up and when customer power cycled fridge it started cooling again. Ordering main control board and need office to reschedule with customer.; ordrng 1 W11455229 (Control board)

Check fridge over for loud continuous vibration and found freezer evaporator panel vibrating. Pull panel and add insulation strip across panel and reinstall. Turn fridge back on and sounds good at this time.

Check cook top over for issue with left front burner and left rear two burners not lighting but at time of service customer had cleaned cook top and all burners are now lighting with out any failures. Instruct customer that proper burner cap placement is essential to proper operation. Also keeping burner heads clean scrubbed also helps. Instructed customer to call us back if issue comes back.

Check fridge over for concerns that it is running loud and to often. Instruct customer that this model is functioning as designed and average run time is more than 80% on new units running R600 refrigerant.
