Installed new sump and motor do to weak pumping action and customer will reinstall dishwasher later and test unit after he replaces the power cord.

Check dishwasher over and found user interface faulty and would not communicate with main control. Customer did not have receipt on hand and will be texting a copy to my phone when they find it before we order any parts to make sure its in warranty. Check washer over for leak and found customer floor drain backing up all over floor. Customer needs to call a plumber.

Sr#7734438441Check washer over for issue with not washing do to suds error showing up all the time. Ran diagnostics and found fault code for suds. Ran test cycle and washer completed diagnostics with no codes. Checked for software update and found one available. Ran update and now ui control wont turn on. Call tech line and went over issue and verified 12 volts dc to ui. Tech line recommended replacing ui and acu if needed. Ordering both controls and need office to reschedule asap.; ordrng 1 W11550453 (Acu) and 1 W11325572 (Ui panel)
