Check fridge temps and freezer was right on at 0 degrees and fresh food section was 39 degrees but control was set to 33 degrees. Ran diagnostics and verified air dampner is functioning properly and defrost heater is working properly. Had customers put a thermometer in a glass of water and they will monitor for a few days and call back if still not cooling in fresh food section to set temp. Left set at 35 degrees. Need office to follow up with customer before closing call.; O-emld tckt

Check washer over for issue with shutting down in mid cycle and is showing fault code f4e1 indicating a heater fault. Cannot access washer at this time do to in a closet in bathroom and sink is in the way and dryer needs to be removed to get washer out. Customer is going to come up with a plan for that and Im ordering both control and heater. Need office to reschedule and allow two time slots.; ordrng 1 W11550649 (Control) and 1 W11549460 (Heater)
