Check washer over for continuous issue with washer not spinning out water. Ran diagnostics and found one fault code for slow fill and found customer changed drain line to a hole through wall to out side and forgot to turn hot side back on but issue was before customer changed drain line. Instruct customer to put in pvc and allow fora air gap. I ran it multiple times and spin cycle did work through diagnostics. Customer is going to fix drain per my recommendation and if still an issue will call us back. Keeping call open for several days to see if fixing drain makes any difference.; O-emld tckt

Check dishwasher over for issue with not filling with water and at time of service dishwasher filled multiple times and sump motor had no issue with pumping water. One fault code for float or water inlet but could not determine an exactly what was happening. Customer will call us back if it keeps happening

Inspect washer and run diagnostics and verify no fault codes and instruct customer washer is functioning as designed and the sound it makes is normal.

Check washer over for fault codes and found slow fill code. Ran diagnostics and found cold side flow was slow filling. Pulled water hose off and inlet screen was plugged up with grit. Clean out and retest and washer is filling properly now. Recommended customer get new hose and install a filter screen.

Replace sump motor do to fault code f4e3 and ran diagnostics and was having issues clearing code after part replacement and finely got washer to function properly. ; used 1 W11025157 (Sump) from stock
