"Adjusted the air shutter on the bake burner to give flame the cleanest burn. Looks good, blue, and even. Heated with no issues. Rf burner sometimes takes long to light. Lights good today, talked about checked for spark and that cap is on correctly if not lighting. Also having long bake times. Showed calibration menu and advised trying the convection bake. All checks out good."

Installed damper customer will let us know if any further issues

Unit was unplugged and had water in it upon arrival. Plugged it back in and put unit into diagnostics. Manually drained the unit in component activation. Then started the diagnostic cycle to test the unit. Unit had 2 error codes on it. First was an out of balance error code and the second one was a long drain error code. My guess is the unit was over loaded initially and the drain pump would not engage. Have seen this before on other units. When the unit is empty and on diagnostic mode it drains and runs just fine. Looks like a loading and sorting issue.

Test ran unit could not get to leak no codes just saw signs of stains of water leaking from door seal so cleaned that up test ran again with no leaks screws missing from base that holds washer onto pedestal put in screws detergent dispenser working fine
