Found unit not cooling. Installed tap on process stub. Found d unit into 20 vac. Unplugged unit. Pressure went to 0 in less than 30 sec. No gas in system. Charged with 160 psi nitro. Bubble soaped all connections. Can hear gas hissing from top edge of cabinet. Unit lost 20psi in 30 min. Called techline and documented. Sending unit to PEX. Advised cust. SR#7738795453

Installed parts. Tested oven. Found d bake element not heating up. Checled control. Found bad relay on control. Bake element shorted control when it shorted. Ordering control. Collected for job in full. ; ordrng 1 WPW10655845 (Control)

Replaced all parts ordered. Customer didnt know how to turn the gas back on so if there is any issues they will call back.

"Found machine with the bake element burnt up bad enough that it melted part of the oven bottom. Called tech-line (7738736698) and documented the issue. Tech line suggested that the bake element and the bottom oven cover should be replaced.Called safety (7738717338) and was told that nothing is going to be covered due to the age of the unit. Quoted 90 for labor and gave quote on parts, customer declined repair at this time."
