"Tenant had a few videos of the issues. One they were using and the drain starting running and draining water meaning there was probably water in the tub so new valve. Second sounded like the shifter didnt engage and cam was grinding. Plastic and belt dust below. Installed new valve, cam kit, belt, and actuator. Put through recalibration and auto test and checks good, they will run some loads and see.; used 1 W10721967 (Cam kit), 1 W11239857 (Belt), and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) from stock"

"Thermal fuse blown on the unit so no heat. Lint filter had two layers of lint, even after taking those off was plugged with debris and dirt so took a brush to it and cleaned up the screen. Vent getting plenty of flow. Talked to tenant about keeping area around dryer clear of airflow and cleaning screen each load.; used 1 Wp3392519 (Thermal fuse) from stock"

Shipping bolts still installed on unit so removed the shipping bolts then all checks out good. Tenant going to run some loads.

"Ran unit in a test mode and couldnt recreate noise. Started a normal cycle, allowed unit to begin the agitation. Could not recreate noise being heard. Checked belt installation and cam. All checks good with no leaks observed during testing."

"Timer on the dryer isnt moving so dont have to put in coins to start. Think it might be moving intermittently and getting stuck in cool down too which would cause no heat. Had running for 30 minutes today and heat was cycling perfectly the whole time, vent looks good too.; ordrng 1 W11596043 (Timer)"
