MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HZ0 Customer stated the vent is barely sucking out any steam. The microwave is properly vented to the outside and the damper is opening and closing. Per tech line if the napkin is sticking to the filter and there is proper voltage to the fan it is working as designed. Everything checks good today. Customer is still disappointed in the performance of the vent. Customer is going to call whirlpool customer service. File number 7724114777.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF555SDFZ05 "Cust freezing items on left side of ref compartment, including in crisper. Checked ice chute seal, sealing tightly. Checked ice container, found container warped along bottom corner and not getting a good seal inside to icemaker compartment. Ordering ice container to cust, no return needed. Entered diagnostics and ran checks on thermisters, evap fan and damper, and door switches, all good. Told cust about temps and airflow, and not blocking vent at back of icemaker compartment. Also told cust about cleaning condenser. She runs a daycare and said the state requires her to keep the fridge set at 34, i told her that with the current sealed systems the fridge cannot maintain that temp, it will usually be 2 or 3 degrees above or below the set point, and even when everything is running as designed she can still get some freezing of certain items just through normal usage; ordrng 1 W11185686 (ICE CONTAINER)"
