When I set up the original appointment, included the serial number and model number as requested. After inspection the technician told me he had 8 pumps but not the one for my model. Had to order it and come back two days later. They should have known to get the correct part beforehand since they had the correct information.

On time and very pleasant. Person scheduled was sick but they found a replacement so I got it fixed on the day promised. Tech was very fast and neat. Service call fee is a bit high but overall seemed like a fair charge.
Super service from an excellant technician

My dishwasher started turning itself on. My repairman came out and did a diagnostic test and found out one of the buttons were sticking and ordered a couple new parts. He was friendly, courteous and professional. My only complaint is this: I called a week prior to somebody coming out and explained the problem over the phone. In my humble opinion, I don’t understand why a new part wasnt on hand or wasn’t ordered that day, so it could have been installed on the first visit. Other than that, my experience was great!!
Great customer service
