"Customer experienced grinding noise from washer. Had an appliance friend take a look at it and she said he found the rotor bolt had backed out at some point causing rotor & slider teeth grind & is leaking oil. He tightened the rotor bolt & recommended her to call in for a warranty.Tilted unit back and can see some oil on rotor and inside of cabinet. Removed rotor bolt and rotor to find some oil pooling in rotor. Rotor splines have some slight marring on them as well as the slider splines. From intermittent contact. Will need to order gearcase, rotor & slider. Office order parts ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor.)"

Codes stored in history. Cleared codes ran agitate & could hear motor just hum. Same with spin. Tilted unit back and found open line on capacitor. Replaced capacitor, calibrated & tested. "Customer is having issue with black stains or marks on clothes after drying cycle is complete. Thinks it oil. Ran dryer and can see black soot in drum when running. Removed inspection window to find flame is very yellow. Instead of bright blue.Removed front panel & drum. Can see lots of lint build up on wheel & in chassis. Customer did say they had cleaned vents recently. Customer is on propane but this issue has just started. Cleaned all lint from chassis & airflow parts, reassembled. Customer advised to not use dryer to avoid further damaging clothes. Office order parts. Burner assembly is BO. try to xpart.; ordrng 1 W11581317 (Orificas) and 1 W11652258 (Gas assembly) and 1 WP8573824 (Tube.)"

Joshua arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose my refrigerator compressor had failed/seized. He quickly was able to confirm the repairs, parts, and labor would be covered by the manufacturer warranty. He was able to order a new compressor to be delivered directly to me and expedited a rescheduling for installation. This was much appreciated since I had been without my refrigerator over the Christmas holiday. Just three days later he returned, on time again, and installed new compressor within 30 minutes and made sure running perfectly before leaving. If I ever need appliance service again, will definitely call Twin Cities Appliance Service again.
