Gearcase shaft dropped and is easily movable got locktite on rotor nut to buy them time for weekend but gearcase is needed. Customer paid in full for repair.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 Ship (Ship)

Rotor bolt stripped out and stuck tried drilling out and no luck will need to order W11027980x8 and then can drop whole case and rebuild didnt want to leave customer with out. Will need to schedule ; O-emld tckt

Joshua arrived on time and very quickly was able to diagnose my refrigerator compressor had failed/seized. He quickly was able to confirm the repairs, parts, and labor would be covered by the manufacturer warranty. He was able to order a new compressor to be delivered directly to me and expedited a rescheduling for installation. This was much appreciated since I had been without my refrigerator over the Christmas holiday. Just three days later he returned, on time again, and installed new compressor within 30 minutes and made sure running perfectly before leaving. If I ever need appliance service again, will definitely call Twin Cities Appliance Service again.
