31 pressure switch fault code stored in history. Cleared code ran test & when draining pump continued to run. Removed & replaced control. Calibrated & tested. All components test good.

Installed harness on new parts. Foam is held into place by pressure on ice box. Customer to monitor.

Installed all parts & also had to put another new cam on. Old transmission chewed up the other one we installed previously.Calibrated & tested. All components check good ; used 1 W10721967 (CLUTCH/SPLUTCH KIT) from stock

"Divider came broken, reordering and ordering yoke to be able to avoid cutting old one out. ; ordrng 1 WPW10309864 (Divider) and 1 WP63052-2 (Yoke)"

Customer said dishwasher got stuck in drain part of cycle & cancel button would not work.Replaced board with part sent. Ran auto test & all components check good.

Customer mentioned since putting part in she has noticed some squeaking or squealing when agitating. She was able to show video.Replaced drive motor & tested. Can hear squeaking coming from belt. I did notice when removing & installing belt it was stretched a pretty good amount for only being on for a week. Removed agitator & found gearcase shaft ha major up& down play. Will need to order gearcase with another belt Also when installing shield or guard for bottom it did not fit correctly due to size of capacitor. Will need to replace capacitor to make all parts fit correctly.Office order parts.; ordrng 1 W11454372 (Gearcase.) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt.) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor.) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 6 WP8533953 (Screw)s

Ustomer had issues with ice dispensing as well as loud noise coming from auger when dispensing like it would skip. Pulled ice bin& found w of the 3 screws that hold auger to divider had come out & were missing. Also auger shaft chewers up divider hole.Will need new auger divider & screws. Was able to add a spare screw from van in to get him by for now. Office order; ordrng 1 WPW10309864 (Divider) and 1 W11671282 (Auger motor) and 6 67006425 (Screw)s

"Customer had recently move in and first use of washer the clothes didnt spin out & it didnt seem to agitate.Entered diagnostics and found 52 lid lock fault 21 stuck key 71 basket speed fault 02 over suds all stored in history. Cleared code & ran auto test when getting to agitate and spin, can hear motor activate but spins up fast and doesnt move agitator or basket.Tilted back and found the drive belt is gone. Replaced drive belt & cam to test and calibrate. During calibration it was having issues shifting. Voltage at actuator checks good. Replaced actuator & tested again. Unit is now shifting.Tested resistance on motor to be safe & resistance is out of range but working for now. Found bad capacitor. Replaced & tested. Unit is spinning & agitating.; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR) from stock
