Checked system pressures again. Pressure tested system with nitro. Checked frost pattern only on top row of evap. Called techline. Perteschline suspect restricted system. Pre techline order and replace evap and comp again and purge with nitro. Ordering parts. Please follow up with cust regarding return appointment and part availability.; ordrng 1 W11578004 (Evap) and 1 W11580057 (Comp)

Cust complaint soap residue at door boot. Advised cust on unit operation and cleaning door boot. Would suggest using pods or liquid detergents. Powdered soaps may not always dissolve what gets caught at door boot.
