Appliance Repair in Canyon

Called customer before going out do to time and they canceled call over the phone and are replacing washer.

Replace faulty bake igniter and vacuum out inside around burner assembly. Run a bake cycle and verify oven did reach 350 degrees; used 1 W11596211 (Igniter) from stock

"Install all parts ordered and also had to replace dryer belt with one from truck stock. I also found that door is sagging and am ordering a hinge assembly and customer was going to install himself.; ordrng 1 WPW10208415 (Dryer door hinge), used 1 661570V (Belt) from stock"

Check dryer over for issue with breaking belts and found motor pulley had broke apart. Ordering motor and blower wheel and shipping directly to customer. I will have my office reschedule with customer when parts are received.; ordrng 1 W11364931 (Motor) and 1 WP697772 (Blower Wheel)

Replace failed compressor and recharge sealed system with 68oz of r600a refrigerant. Please allow fridge 24 hrs to cool down and then monitor temperature for a week or so.

Install new control board and run test cycle and verify washer is now functioning properly.

Check washer over for issue with control panel not powering up on washer and found after pulling unit out to inspect wiring that one hot wire was incorrectly hooked to ground terminal and control must of short out. Fix wiring and will order a control board.; ordrng 1 W11189137 (Control)

Install new door bellow and run several test cycles and clear one out of balance code.

Check washer over for leaking issue and found torn door boot and will need to be replaced. Ordering part and shipping directly to customer and need office to reschedule with customer.; ordrng 1 W11314648 (Bellow)

Check fridge for cooling issue in fresh food section and found evaporator iced up. Prior history on fridge from last year compressor kit was installed and still had not been cooling and whirlpool was going to replace but then fridge had started cooling properly. Their is a service pointer covering evaporator cover part replacement and labor. Customer is going to talk with whirlpool about whether they will still replace fridge before attempting to repair again. Need office to check with customer before ordering parts.
