"Tested operation checked with vent test, thermistor, temperature output and dryer,full voltage and heater cycling, all cycles, all testing good. Can find no issue with operations. Talked about potential of load size being to big for dryer. Talked about noise and was able to replicate with customer with load. Noise customer is hearing is due to items in the clothes. Getting same noise with zip up hoodie in the dryer."

Adjusted right panel. Appeared to be not sitting in flange correctly. No defect in outer cabinet and cavity is not an available part. Looks better than it did. Is past 30 days cosmetic. Any further action customer would want to reach out to Whirlpool directly. As is past cosmetic and is not a part that can be ordered. Pic taken of what looks like after adjusting.
