Customer stated water above the filter after every load and orange buildup in the dishwasher. No error codes but the pump seems to be pumping slow. Installed new drain pump. The buildup is from either soap usage or something in the water. ; used 1 W10876537 (Drain pump) from stock

Customer stated he cant get the washer to start. I pressed the power button once to turn it on and held the start button until all lights were illuminated. The washer is starting properly. I believe the customer is either holding the wrong button down or not holding the start button long enough. I went through in depth instruction with him and showed him the steps on the user guide.

Replaced lights. Now all of them work.

"I unplugged the washer for a few minutes. Then ran a quick diagnostics cycle. Everything worked. Then I started up multiple cycles, they all started. Told customer if it happens again to just unplug the washer for a few minutes."

Installed new p trap kit customer had on hand.
