Ball of ice on the evaporator inlet indicating a sealed system leak. Needs new evaporator. Parts and labor covered under the 5 year sealed system warranty.; ordrng 1 W10836706 (Evaporator)

Check over unit found nothing wrong instruct customer how to use and features everything tested out good..

Customer tried to cancel. He ended up buying a new refrigerator.

"The tracks arent pulling in tight and the water dispenser drips. Needs new tracks, reservoir and water line. ; ordrng 1 W11229977 (Reservoir) and 1 W11031909 (Water line) and 2 WP2300868 (Connector)s"

"Check over unit went into setting turn on all end of tones n cycle all on, test temp up from 350, 400, 450, 500 all stop at select temp with tone n preheat logo stop running thr screen..everything tested out good.."
