"Ran machine through diagnostics cycle, found that the valve one of the inlet valves wasnt functioning. At the agitation part of diagnostics I could hear a grinding. Checked under the machine and the actuator wasnt working and was stuck between spin and agitate. Machine needs a new valve, actuator, and splutch. Customer declined repair at this time."
