Found that one of the heater connections was not plugged in all the way. Plugged heater back in. No other issues found. Advised customer to give it 24 hours to cool back to normal temps."

No power to unit power cord spades are corroded it seems and loose inside plug body would need to replace power cord which is NLA also would need switch and pedal as it is broken. "Unit is about 6 months old and under warranty. Customer reports that fridge is not keeping ice cream hard, it is soft. Customer says the fridge has always been like this since they purchased it. Everything else is frozen solid, but the ice cream is not freezing completely hard. Checked frost pattern and evaporator has a good frost pattern. Adjusted temp setting to maximum. Advised customer to give it 24 hours for temp to adjust."

Supply line leaking water when turned on elbow is bad and so is supply line both need to be replaced unable to test unit customer had into pulled out into middle of kitchen on arrival. Stated also that rinse aid still not dispensing may need a control possibly since looks like ui and dispenser was already done customer would have to replace supply line and elbow customer refuses to pay for trip see TK

Installed parts checks ok unit heating no heat loss from door Core for 29875904 not obtained because Core is destroyed.
