"Off balance, hub is stripped out, cannot get agitator off, quoted for hub replacement with agitator and gearcase, customer declined"

Customer reports that oven will not heat up. Neither bake or broil igniter will spark to ignite gas mixture. Needs new spark module. Ordering spark module and igniters.; ordrng 1 W10860916 (Spark module) and 1 WPW10324262 (Bake igniter) and 1 WPW10333842 (Broil igniter)

"Customer reports that dishwasher will not fill with water. Replaced water valve that was shipped out. Now getting water into machine. No other issues, all ops ok."

"Door gasket not making contact lower 1/5th of door, heated up gasket and reformed okay, doors is slightly closer to cabinet at top than bottom, this is likely normal and just how the unit is sitting, isnt cust if gasket issue persists and gap is bothersome we can try a new door W11023679 but it likely will not change the gap, some play is normal"

"Customer says unit doing same thing, while wiggling the plug found lower portion of outlet is loose and easily becomes dislodged and then unit looses power, tried same with upper portion and that is working ok, inst cust on having outlet replaced, ran calibration and diagnostics cycles through ok"
