Freezer door got left open and locked up evap fan over the last week temps have gotten better since unit has defrosted per customer signs of frost build up as if door was left open. Temps normal for both sections and ice bin is full

Installed wash motor and tested. No leaks.

"Heat element bushing disintegrated, installed new heat element on site. Ran unit in a test mode, unit did not engage motor, no leaks observed but sump assembly not running either. Unit remains untested. Need new W11416362 sump assembly. Office to figure out if covered and reschedule.; saved tckt"

Unit operating as designed customer is on RO so it does need bypass filter that was never given to them when the unit was delivered customer to self install bypass filter; ordrng 1 W11395888 (Bypass filter)
