"Tested machine, it was heating. Called tech line per notes. Tested power at the block, not getting correct power on one side also the ground and neutral were connected together. Properly grounded the unit and tested power at the outlet, good. Tested power at the block again but moved the power cord in the receptacle, power was good if held at the right angle. Suggested to the customer that the receptacle be replaced."
