"Entered diagnostics, has error codes for communication and stuck buttons. Tested machine functioning normally in diagnostics and was able to get through a quick wash. After starting a normal wash cycle it failed with the communication error. Customer stated that they had another company out and that the control and UI have been ordered already. Tried doing an update to the control just to see if it would help, no updates available. With the control and ui already on the way Im assuming that the other company will be replacing the parts so I will mark this as complete"

Unit cooling normally pulled evap cover. Mastic insulation in place. Pulled unit out onto sliders. Checked comp ok. Mastic insulation in place. Advised cust on unit operation. Advised cust on normal noises.

The dispenser still drips down the front of the refrigerator. I modified the dispenser tube so the water wont get caught in the dispenser assembly and continue to drip.

"The refrigerator was leaning forward. And when he would fill a cup of water from the dispenser, a few drops would run down the front of the freezer door. I tried to raise the front of the fridge, but the floor is not level. Told customer to buy some rubber leveling pads."

"Dryer has heat. I did an airflow test while attached to the vent, and it failed. I removed the vent, and did another test. It passed this time. Told customer to have the vents cleaned out."
