"Customer experiencing dripping right side by freezer. Frost buildup between right side freezer and freezer gasket on top. Removed, inspected not any freezing or water buildup fc floor. No signs of clog making water leak during defrost. Checking above seeing no signs of leaking. Talked to customer most likley cause door at freezer not sealing fully. Also talked about not loading to the ceiling in freezer for air flow. Checked for any foreign items or build up in between ref gaskets. All sealing well. Customer will monitor, will want to make sure fc door is being closed and sealing fully."

My fridge wasn't working. Called TC App one day, Trent was here the next day. He took the time to tell me what was wrong, got it fixed temporarily. Came back on Monday and fixed it. He took the time to explain everything. The office kept me updated on everything.
