Unit turned off on arrival. Cycled power. Cust had video of sound. Can hear noisy fan motor. Fan quiet at this time. Pulled evap cover. Found water in fan shroud. Found defrost drain pan full. Suspect unit not defrosting. Checked heater ok. Suspect control or bimetal. Ordering control. Have bimetal in truck stock if needed. ; ordrng 1 W11224256 (Control)
