Found hub stripped. Replaced with truck stock. Tested machine; used 1 W10528947 (Hub) from stock

"Found machine with the basket cracked (took pic). Checked under machine and found the gear case leaking oil, the belt shredded as well as coil covering everything under the machine. Ordered all parts under machine as well as the basket.; ordrng 1 W11178224 (Basket) and 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11409708 (Pulley shield) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator)"

"Ran machine through diagnostics cycle 3 times, no leaks. Customer stated that it only happened once and that her teenage child loads it. I mentioned that improper loading could cause a leak. Also noticed that the machine was leaning forward slightly, adjusted the feet up to level out the unit."
