"Tested machine, low water pressure. Found a pinch in the water line behind the machine. Straightened water line and tested, better flow(had customer confirm). Ran machine through all noise makers in test mode and customer couldnt identify the problem noise. Told customer to try and record the noise next time it happened to help with troubleshooting."

"Tried starting machine, not spinning or heating. Found the belt switch bypassed and the door switch spliced in with an extra wire not attached to anything. Found signs of overheating on the connections to the thermal cut off but they both tested good. Tested the thermal fuse, good. I would want to replace the entire wiring before proceeding. Spoke to the customer and they said that they will replace the machine instead."

Replaced adjusters because a roller was broken.

"Ran machine through diagnostics cycle, no abnormal noises in spin or agitation. Ran drain pump alone and could hear a rattle. Removed pump and found a paper clip. Removed debris and tested, functioning properly."

"Tested machine, has good heat and appears to have good airflow. Checked venting, clean. Watched the machine ignite for 30 minutes, looked good. Replaced coil valves as they can sometimes be intermittent after extended use.; used 1 WPW10328463 (Coil valve) from stock"
