Customer stated shaking and banging. Per service pointer I bent the tabs on the back panel to reduce shaking nano vibrations. Operation tested good with a load of towels.

"Replaced parts. Now drawer slides much better. Ice maker makes ice on normal, but not on fast ice. Called another tech. He says this is a common problem. Customer can lower fridge, and freezer temps to help make ice faster."

"Installed new evaporator, tubing and compressor. Customer will monitor temperature."

"Left side plate for crisper is broken, needs new crisper and side plate, crisper possibly backordered, can return to put in side plate and will show customer how crisper assembles so they can do that when those arrive at a later date ; ordrng 1 W11315531 (Side plate) and 1 W10850377 (Pan) and 1 WPW10688114 (Front)"

Installed parts listed. Operation tested good.
