Installed diffuser give 48 hrs for temps.

Temps still around 18 to 20 degrees in fz and 48 in ff installed control say and let unit run for awhile and unit shut down like temp was satisfied was only 17 degrees in fz at that time so removed diffuser and found it broke so looks like it leaking air behind cover and must be getting to thermistor did a repair to part to get by until new one arrives see what temps are on return ; ordrng 1 W11380595 (Diffuser)

Fz still running at 20 degrees unit was not running on arrival evap clear with good full frost pattern watts running 95 to 100 in range ordering control and a thermistor for ff ; ordrng 1 W11546690 (Cntrl) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)

Machine had a pretty good rock. Leveled the machine so stable. Ran test and found drive hub was stripped. Installed new drive hub and ran through recalibration and auto test. All checks out good and is working with no issues.; used 1 W10528947 (Drive hub) from stock

Unit around 20 in fz inspected for leaks nothing found was moving wires around in back and unit shut down after inspecting found neutral wire in main plug was not secure in main harness plug came right out secured in connector ran tests all seems to check ok watts in range give 24 to 48 hrs for temps customer to monitor
