Checked control for error codes. None found. Ran svc test. Unit passed. Advised cust.

"The dispenser is functioning normally. The customer wasnt waiting for the last couple drips after getting water. Tested everything in diagnostics, everything passed. Found ice buildup in the fill tube and on the bin level arm. Removed ice and calcium. Ran harvest cycle, functioning normally every time. Ran fill test, good."

Model/serial in job does not match unit. Checked model serial on unit and has DOP of 3/19/23. Still under warranty. Found overlay on panel lifted and moisture in panel. Need panel and Ui. Ordering parts ship to tech.; ordrng 1 W11413963 (Panel) and 1 W11414079 (Ui) and 1 Shiptotech (Ship to tech)
