"Unit not locking in test mode. Replaced lid lock with one from van stock. Ran unit in a test mode, unit performed as designed with no leaks detected. Customer having wash performance issues, checked continuity on motor all checks good and no oil or wear on splutch assembly or cam. Told customer to try it out and let us know. Installed new mullion assembly for drawer. Installed new ligh module on ceiling of ff. All checks good now.

Customer experiencing water leaking from the washer drain hose. Washer drain hose has defect causing leak when draining pic taken. Washer located on second floor. Defect in hose causing leak pic taken of water damage that ocured on first floor ceiling directly below where washer sits on second floor. Customer has temporary hose on now and has worked without issue. Will need new drain hose. Customer okay to put on new drain hose.
