Checked screw snug under handle. Retightened handle. Customer states otherwise has been operating well.

"Talked to customer, customer had gotten called in. Had to reschedule, tentatively put in for next Tuesday at this point but customer stated would maybe call in to reschedule again. Customer looking into checking who can be on site for us on return visit. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/2 TUE !"

Customer had mid cycle where issue occurs on arrival. In rinse cycle locked the lid shortly after the rinse light would start blinking and not continue the cycle. Capacitor test good motor windings in range. Replaced pcb. Ran quick cycle with the same load that was in when error occurred. Completed quick cycle. All test good no leaks.

Fresh food evap sensor out of range. I replaced sensor. Advised to monitor. ; used 1 W10316760 (THERMISTOR) from stock

"Knob broken for timer, customer stated usually keeps dryer on high setting. Dryer center knob showing on back order. Installed temp setting on center so was operational while waiting for knobs ordering center and temp knob. Showed customer how to get knobs on okay to send direct. Verified email with customer. ; ordrng 1 W11708423 (Knob) and 1 W11625514 (Knob)"
