Nate was a great technician. He came out and pressed two buttons on the control panel and that was it. I would have given 5 stars.; however, it would have been nice if your company did a little troubleshooting beforehand which could have saved us $134.

Tech was very good. Awful expensive.
Hi Ron- It is getting more expensive to repair items these days-130.00 for an icemaker assembly didnt help your total repair bill- We do our best to try and keep labor costs fair in todays economy.
